How do I request a refund with Flex Add-On?

To request a refund: personalize the ticket, then the 'Return' option appears in your HYROX Account. Click 'Return' to request the refund. Refunds exclude the Flex Add-On fee and service fees. Refunds may take 7–10 days to appear on your payment method.
